Below are some pointers on how you can run a success 2-week pilot of Tandem prior to rolling it out to your organisation. Following these points will also help you get the most out of your free 30 day trial.

1 | Select 1 manager and their team of direct reports | Pick a team with at least 3-5 direct reports. Choose a team with a good level of trust. |
2 | Ask them to use Tandem for 2 weeks and set a goal for positive feedback to build trust and excitement | Managers should share one piece of positive feedback with each direct report. Managers should post at least one Shout-out for someone on the team per week. Direct reports should give at least 1 Shout-out. Have a meeting with the team and talk about why you are pilot Tandem and why they have been chosen to be the pilot group. Cover the above expectations with them. |
